Has anyone had luck getting Chase to do a full release on the 2nd lien ? We are HAFA approved....2 loans with Chase....1st approval says full release...2nds approval just says they will take the 6k to settle the account and release the lien. I have not been able to get in touch with our negotiator for a few days....aargh!!! Just wondering if anyone else has been able to get Chase to put the verbiage in the approval for the 2nd lien to give the full release as well? Really hoping to close this week...but have to have the release from both loans for my seller.
