I have an FHA with a complex history.  I have been struggling with the general customer service rep's since 03/24.  Could not get the file into the FHA department.  Different reason each time.  Was desperate yesterday and finally tried the social media department.  I mean, really, how much could they possibly help me with this complicated file???

Not only did one of their team members call me within an hour or so, she actually knew quite a bit about FHA short sales!!!!  A few minutes ago I received a very nice call from the FHA negotiator now assigned to my file!!!!

Social media works because it goes from a private issue to a public one. Banks want us to forget about the past, and move on like nothing happen. This is why you see all the commercials from chase, bofa, citi acting like they are the good guys. Keep doing what your doing so we can fully expose the real truth. And that is they are and will continue to be liars, scumbags, and no good sons of bitches who are only interested in sucking every last dollar on this earth.
Yes! The twitter group can really help. They call back right away and update you with status. I tweeted 2 days ago. Yesterday, the escalation team called me. The SSA is now being prepared. I sent the team a preliminary HUD and it was approved. I hope this goes thru smoothly now, since these short sale has been started back in February.
