Any experience negotiating deficiencies with BMO Harris? My negotiator is suggesting that BMO will not waive deficiencies on their 2nd mortgage unless we come up with a large lump sum, and they're starting that request at 75% of the balance! Crazy!

Hi, I am calling this number and it appears to be voicemail for a woman, she is not working today because it is Veteran's Day, but I couldn't even tell if she was with BMO Harris. Greg - is that supposed to be the loss mitigation number for BMO Harris??? Thanks!

taking a listing tomorrow for a short sale with a 1st and 2nd with Harris. Have never done one with them. Any suggestions, short cuts or things I need to know? Do they release deficiency? Are they easy to work with?
