Keith, send me an email direct at [email protected] and I may be able to help you with this situation. I have a contact there that has helped me with several situations in the past. Chad.

Well...I have been having a hard time with Genworth accepting just a small amount of cash to make up the difference between the price the buyer is willing to go up to and what the over valued BPO is now dictating the home needs to sell for at a minimum. The BPO came in in the upper $90k range ($98k I was led to beleive) and the buyer will not go up any higher than $88k. US Bank stepped in and said if you can get $92,150 we're good. The buyer won't but the seller will pay the extra $4,150. Genworth said no! They will not let the seller bring cash to the table because if they have the cash they should make the house payment so I am told. Where is the common sense in these transactions nowadays?

I called Genworth, barged my way through (kindly but persistently) and found my negotitaor at Genworth. I spoke to her supervisor who said you'll need permission from US Bank and a reference number to taklk to us. I asked my negotiator at US Bank for this information and he said "no."

I have deduced the email system to be [email protected]

I sent emails in several formats and this is the one that didn't come back as No Such Person. I am hoping for anyone else to help me with a name at Genworth. Otherwise I did send an email to the negotiator to at least see my side of the story.

Recently closed a short sale with Genworth, they were actually not too bad to work with. I was able to get a rep on the phone and get things done without going through the servicer.
