Our short sale took months because of crappy buyers and sellers, but these guys made it bearable and it did finally close. GMAC is very good as it is, so it was not much different. Courteous and efficient negotiators! Don't be afraid.

Comment by Maya Thomas on January 18, 2010 at 2:02pm: I didn't get to work long with them. GMAC had the loan and sent me here. They increased our list price $50K then countered the buyers offer by $15K over list price. After I sent dozens of pictures of all of the horrible things wrong with the house they said they were giving the file back to GMAC so I don't have much to report!
