Golden1 is 2nd loan and are demanding $10,000. Fannie Mae is investor and wont allow anything over $6k or any contributions. Does anyone have any contact or advise on how to negotiate with Golden1? They are not very easy to deal with....
I have the financial statementGolden%201%20Financial%20Statement.pdf Good luck!!!
Does anyone have the financial statement required by Golden 1 Credit Union? Rep is asking for it, said they provided it, but the seller never received a statement to complete.
This is what I received from Gold 1 regarding Heloc and Second Loans:

Must send over a third party authorization in order to get further documentation needed from the Loss Mitigation Department.
Is there any information for Golden 1 seconds?
