What is everyone seeing as far as timeframes with nationstar on equator? Not the same as BoA for sure. Have an offer in for about 5 weeks now, BPO was done 4 weeks ago and still nothing back and they are not answering questions.

The note was sold on our borrowers from Citi to Nationstar on Nov 1. I finally got it initiated on Equator the second week of Jan and it's been in "holding" status since. The negotiator I was assigned has never responded to me via email and the direct line I was given for him from the processor is actually for something called "Cruises Incorporated". So far, it's been a nightmare. BofA is cake compared to them. I have no idea if the BPO has even been ordered- can't get a response from anyone other than it's "holding." Most frustrating one I've done in a long time.
Going on 5 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I haven't had good experiences with them.  Had to escalate a file to a supervisor, and he didn't do what he said he was going to do.  Escalated to HAMP, and finally got a response.

Have 2 files with them and it has been very SLOW - Nation Star the slowest Lender out of the 10 I have worked with.

866-312-2432 - I have had better luck calling the aforementioned  toll free # and asking for the Negotiator, and if not available, the Supervisor or Manager.

I have emailed, left voice messages - and response is very DELAYED with the Negotiators I've worked with - 80% of the time their voice mail won't take additional messages..  I love working with BofA - they have been awesome lately - very pro-active.
