Does Freddie mac have a limit to the number of times they will allow postponement of a trustee sale?
Working with Chase on a Freddie mac that is scheduled for a trustee sale for the third time. Anyone have experience with this? We have a valid offer...just need to get it worked. Only one loan.

Chase executive office told my seller they only postpone once...but guess what? Got it done today. So freddie mac loans can be postponed 3 times.

Just received an e-mail from the Wells Fargo negotiator this morning that Freddie Mac denied our request for a postponement of the trustee sale (this would have been the second postponement). The first was after HAFA request was declined. We have a fair market offer, but they are hanging on to the outdated December BPO. Anyway, was told the decision was final and have not been able to escalate. Have e-mailed the negotiator and her manager this morning. Any suggestions how I can get Freddie Mac to take another look?
