@ bill Groover. I did not see the last paragraph of your post. Looks like you solved it yourself. Would you like to post your Citi contacts???
This is a great place for agents to help each other.

@Bill Groover, it sounds like your listing is not very proactive on the file and does not know how to escalate. He/she should be escalating 2-3 times a day at this point with an offer nets the lender more than they want.
Go back through this thread and find the contact for a Citi senior contact that has been posted in the last few weeks. Offer it to the list agent and tell them to start escalating multiple times a day until they get some action on this file.
Yes, you don't have much control as the buyer agent, but with some finess you should be able to get the list agent to work with you.

I submitted an offer for my Buyer with a C21 agent for a CITI shortsale on Sept 9.  On Dec 7, C21 got an e-mail back from Teri Dames in O'Fallon, MO, saying their investor had to net at least $X,000.  C21 responded by pointing our our offer netted them $15,000 more, and to please expedite the contract.  We've heard nothing since.  Supposedly we are getting a new negotiator, but haven't heard from them, either.  Since I'm not the listing agent, my options are limited.

Any advice?

Once I Googled an ex-negotiator and got his new work number.  I called.  He had been fired and was glad to give me names of supervisors going up about three levels.  I e-mailed them and had a clear to close within a week.

Citi's SS Dept. appears to be closed again today....

I have a listing that's scheduled to go to sale on Monday even while the borrower is being reviewed for PFS.  This could create some REAL problems depending how long they are closed.  The National Servicing Center of the FHA in OK City is apparently closed as well..... What to do, what to do....

Rosemary, That's what I figured the recording @ 866-520-5499 says they are closed, but doesn't give a reason.
