Just achieved a record in closing short sales.  From Listing to close - three weeks.  Cash buyer.

No documentation required and 6% commission to two agents under same broker.

Crazy!

Not only did I get an approval letter with in the week I submitted for it but they follow up and called to verify that it was received and will be following up again. Wow I am very impressed! I thought they would fight me like every other bank does. :)
