I have a short sale with Central Mortgage where the property address is:
45535 Ponderosa Court Temecula CA 92592 which is on NOD. Can you please provide me with the following information if posssible:
Third Party Authorization Fax Number?
Short Sale Package phone number and fax?
I have a complete short sale package with an offer that is ready. I tried calling the phone number on the mortgage statement but I get a voicemail all the time.
Appreciate all the help you can extend so I can get my short sale going and to find out if and when is our sale date.

Hi-
I just listed a Central Mortgage Company short sale. I called them and they told me they dont send out SS packages until an offer is received. I have had great sucess in sending in the package before I list or at the same time it is listed for sale. Having an approval in place helps in bringing buyers (They have been avoiding SS recently) The property is in the Bronx: 364 East 167th Street Bronx, NY 10462. Any solid contact information would be appreciated. Thank you so much!

Becky, I have the same number, but you might try extension 5609. I closed a short-sale with them a few years ago, but I can't seem to find my Central Mortgage negotiator's info. If I find it, I'll gladly send it to you.
Also, a trick that I learned a few years ago that I've had good luck with...even though I admit it's a bit 'amateur-ish'...is to punch in random extensions until you get a human on the phone, which you eventually will. Then just apologize, and tell them that you've reached them by mistake but ask them for the CORRECT extension to their Loss Mit dept. Tell them your troubles with the other extensions and that you need to speak to a person, NOT just a voice-mail.
Also, make sure you call EARLY in the AM; I'm pretty sure they're Eastern Standard Time. I'm in AZ, so I would start calling them at 5:00am until I got someone on the phone.

The specialist assigned to my file is Tina Moore and she has been great to work with. We've had some challenges with the property itself but will finally close on it this week. Full release from 1st and 2nd lien holders so I have happy sellers. That's what it's all about!

I am currently working a shortsale with central mortgage and Tina Moore is also my negotiator. We are 3000.00 dollars apart in what Central Mortgage wants and what the buyer wants to pay. Tina has refused to send the file to the investor for any less than the appraisal value.
