HELP! Foreclosure date is 11/28, and I have received a new offer. How do I enter new offer on Equator?

Home listed for $299,900 with very little activity, but we received one offer at $219,900.  At that time, we had a foreclosure date of 11/15.  On 11/1, I reduced the listing price to $274,900.  BofA countered on the first offer at $308K, and extended the foreclosure date to 11/28 (thanks so much).  Countered back and requested ANOTHER extension of the foreclosure date....but then received a MUCH higher offer.

How do I upload the second offer?  Do I need to remove the first offer?  Will it delay things since the first offer is currently being considered?

I see by the date that this is past the foreclosure date. I hope you got this issue resolved. It is maddening that Equator is set up to only take one offer at a time and then close out the file each time you have to change buyer's.
Once the file is opened, you should be able to add offers and withdraw offers..Would save a lot of time and effort. That way the negotiator assigned would be familiar and things could move along more quickly.
Whenever I have to open a new file, I send messages to the new negotiator to make them aware that this file was just recently active and there is a BPO already done etc, and to please expedite. Works sometimes.....Hope you were able to get this one done...
Lina,

If it becomes necessary I have a source that can stop the foreclosure sale date and extend the time you need in most cases 90 days. Let me know if I can be of assistance.
How do I upload the second offer? - If running through Equator, BOA Rep needs to reject and shut down current offer, and initiate new offer.
Do I need to remove the first offer? - YES, if running in Equator, Rep will do this for you.
Will it delay things since the first offer is currently being considered?- More than likely, yes.
