Cartus Asset Recovery Services

I'm currenty negotiating a deal with Huntington and they have a 3rd party handling their loss mitigation, what should I expect ?

Is the company Cartus? They handle our FNMA investor owned loans. They are pretty efficient, if you've sent all the paperwork needed and there is an offer on the table, they should have an approval within 30 days. Any further questions you can contact me directly [email protected]. Thanks
