never tried with them, but, you should be able to send in a request to find this out (have the Seller put it in writing, sign and sen din), pull title to find out the ivnestor, or, have your Seller get VERY comfortable, pull out his/her loan docs., and start reading.....
with Freddie, they are a REAL _______ to deal with at the moment for some reason, not certain why, but hoping to find out.
[email protected] is a good e-mail to have with ANY issue.....
I've had several loans with GT as a second and first. Most seconds I have had with them were BAC owned loans and the firsts were portfolio loans. Hope this helps. If the loan is a Freddie mac loan go to Freddie directly. I have used the borrower outreach team. You can also call them at 877.518.8429 .
with B of A as the Investor, contact B of A and ask to speak with an "Asset Manager"....they will steer you in the right direction for dealing with GT and getting your approval quickly.....
