No I haven't. I'll see what I can find. .
Here's the link to their website

From what I can tell it looks like a membership site. One of their qualifications is that you have had to close 2 or more short sales. It cost $30 to submit the application and $450 annually.

Here's the application. I bet if you pay you're in.

I am familiar with the founder. He is big here in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area with Foreclosures. So I'd be willing to bet that he has some pretty good insight on obtaining Short Sale Listings.

However, his program sounds similar to another one that we have here in Texas, American Home Rescue Services out of Austin. Their website is more informative and it answers a lot of questions that you may have. With Logan's site, their not giving up the goods until you join the Association.
They are both comparable in price. Although currently, American Home Rescue has a $100 discount.

I've taken some of American Home Rescue MCE Short Sale Classes and they did help me with the approach that I use today on Short Sales.
I'm not familiar with that one but have come across NASSPRO....anybody familiar with them? They're a newer start up.
Short sale superstars is the short sale brokers association :)
