Does anyone have information to a Cenlar escalation department? I've been trying to get a value for over a month now and keep being told different information. I've been told that all my documents have been received and a negotiator will be assigned who can release the value to me, but on the other hand I'm being told that my file is not complete even though no one can tell me what is needed. It seems that the intake department and short sale department do not work together and when I get transferred to the short sale department I have to leave a voicemail which has yet to be returned (yes, I have left several messages)....HELP!
