Hi Brett,

Yeah, it is 80 months behind and is an FHA loan.  I don't understand why Citi would even go through the trouble of conducting a short sale and string myself and client along.

Is this a FHA loan? Is it 3+ years behind?

Got the following from Citi:

"The Investor has declined any more offers.   The file has been taken out of my name and closed.   You will need to reach out to HUD if you have any questions, I do not have any answers except they said declined and closed due to the days past due."

What??

Doing research for a potential short sale and was wanting to make sure all docs are updated.  It seems there is no official 3rd party auth. form for Citi?  On their website it tells homeowners to speak to their agent regarding this form. Thanks.

Wendy Rulnick is right Citi is regressing. 2 negotiators, looking at a third. Lose docs. Talk about rinse and repeat!!!!

The escalation number shown on the summary for this group does not lead to Michael Gray.

Citi is saying will only update us on a file through US Mail now. Anyone experience this??

I think Citi is regressing in short sale processing. The worst I've ever seen.

Thanks Melissa. Has anyone received a SS approval on a first from Citi where Freddie Mac was the investor recently? if so, was there a deed restriction?
