Is anyone aware of a policy change with Bank of America to process VA Compromise Sales in Equator now?

Keji - Yes, there is a relocation incentive of $1500 for VA Compromise Sale - if they haven't already moved out.

Question.. Does VA have relocation incentive?

most servicer's now a days always counter at 100% of the appraised value. it doesn't mean that's the least they will accept.

@frank when it comes to VA short sales as you stated it comes down to the NET. If the offer is raised and the NET is met, you should be in good standings value wise. If the negotiator won't submit the file, he may not know what he is doing. I'd be reaching out to VA and getting them involved to oversee the servicers practices. I have an investor that is purchasing a VA owned property (foreclosure).  Is there a hold period that they have to abide by, such as 90 days, before reselling?

I have a Bank of America VA Compromise seller (no contract) stating BOFA told him they would stop credit reporting on his missed payments because he called them to advise him that his house is up for VA Compromise short sale. I am finding this hard to believe, and am going to contact the Bank of America Twitter Team to find out. Has anyone seen this?

Just Google SCRA Waiver form.

Thanks for your response Jim.  I'm aware of the Act, but have no idea which specific form they require.  Neither do they.  I have a message into her manager.

SCRA form is for compliance with the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.  Basically, if the Borrower is in the military there are certain protections for the Borrower.  See http://www.military.com/benefits/military-legal-matters/scra/servic....
