Our fax to FHA (469) 674-4451 is not going through. Does anyone have a better fax number?

OK, I have a fiasco situation with USBANK that has dragged on since the Spring of 2014. It has multiple liens which I have been kindly starightening out for USBANK. They have continued to give me the run aroind and at ties, all but admit that they have no intention of helping me out at all. Most of the time that I speak with the relationship manager, she tries to give me some spaced out update that means nothing at all and clearly does not pertain to my file. When I question her on it, she proceeds to tell me "oops, she's looking at the wring file." How is it possible that she's doing that on most calls? Anyways, I need to cut bait and distance myself from this servicer so I have a prayer of closing my deal.

The newest appraisal came in January 6th, My client received the letter of pre-approval, we have been patiently waiting for the ATP which I am pretyy sure is not going to arrive via USBANK since they really don't care about their files. Clearly.

My FHA question is, once we have the authorization to speak, how long is the turn around to recieve the ATP since I'm pretty sure it's already in their system?

Well, that makes me feel better.  I saw the same name and I thought, "You've got to be kidding me!"

Is the Matt Martin who is listed as the Director of Loss Mitigation and of HUD's National Servicing Center the same Matt Martin who is CEO of Matt Martin Real Estate Management, the company that has a contract as a HUD M&M asset manager which means they make money disposing of HUD's foreclosure properties.  If so, wouldn't this be a conflict of interest?

Thank you for your help, as always, Kevin. I am very appreciative.
