Do you have a Twitter account? This might seem weird but the last two DESPERATE situations I have been in with dealing with a bank or short sale I have escalated via Twitter and have had GREAT results. 

Tweet to @Nationstar_Help

And state you want to escalate file.  Pending Trustee Sale 1/20/15 and leave your contact number.

Scott,  I just emailed you the Nationstar Escalation Form and also our list of contacts.

You will need to be "professionally aggressive" at this point,

and

leave multiple emails and voice mails WITHOUT pissing them off

and

speak directly to the Investor/Decision Maker

(I go over ALL this in my new book coming out the end of this month....YES...shameless plug)!!!!
