HAFA INCENTIVE INCREASED

HAFA incentive is no longer $3,000.00 It has been increased to $10,000.00 for short sales that close after Feb 1, 2015. If you have already received an approval letter, and you are going to close after Feb 1, 2015 it would be in your sellers best interest to submit for re-approval with the new incentive amount. Also that new incentive also applies to a tenant
