BofA told me today that they want the following language included in the listing paperwork, wondering if any of you have seen this and how you are dealing with it?

"seller may cancel this agreement prior to the ending the listing period without advance notice to the broker and without payment of a commission or any other considerations if the property is conveyed to the mortgage insurer or the mortgage holder"

Hi Jared, I just received the exact same wording today but it was from USA bank. It was also related to a FHA loan. Is yours FHA? Not much you can do about it. It only applies if the seller is foreclosed on or does a deed in lieu of. I have no problem with it.
Not yet
They may publish that, but I have never once seen it enforced or requested.
Bryant- It is not FHA. Thanks for the reply.
Dawn - Thanks
Wendy- Good to hear.
