is the new guidelines for HUD mentioning that they will not do a short sale if the ATP is longer than 4 to 6 months?

buyer bailed at last moment.

Within two weeks, we had a new buyer in September. We tried to get boa to open up the short sale again..

today i find out about new hud guidelines.

i have a compliant seller, ready willing and able buyer ..surely hud will take care of the seller's like they pro port.....????? a foreclosure on a seller when it can be prevented is not helping the seller.

Any helpful suggestions appreciated on how i might re institute the short sale for this seller will be met with my undying gratitude...
