FHA Contract Clause

"Sale is contingent upon the seller receiving prior written approval of Insert Name of Lender/Servicer."

FHA Listing Agreement Clause

“Seller may cancel this agreement prior to the ending date
of the listing period without advance notice to the broker, and
without payment of a commission or any other consideration if
the property is conveyed to the mortgage insurer or the mortgage
holder.” The sale completion is subject to approval (under HUD
guidelines) by the mortgagee.

In my humble opinion the Homeowner is the only party that doesn't benefit from this program. Only HUD does, the Servicer (files a claim for reimbursement) and the new Buyer.

They don't. They convey the Loan back to HUD and then it's sold to a third party.

once it's no longer a FHA Loan HUD has no sway as the case w/these. I have made top brass there and with NAR well aware of it though.

Contact FHA directly and file a complaint. FHA will get right on investigating it.
