Does anyone have any upper management contacts with Chase ( Equity)???  I have a short sale that is going on 2 years ( long story) short story file has been with Chase now since June it has been reassigned 5 times and getting the run around is getting pretty old at this point.  I'm in constant contact with the twitter team but I'm not getting the results that are needed.  My sellers have been in a chapter 13 for 4 years all I need is a lien release from Chase.  In all the years that I've been doing short sales I've never seen such a circus.

@tonymarles Thank you for your feedback. When you reach out to Jamie Dimon an escalation representative will reach out to you and assign an analyst to the case that is opened. As the CEO I agree that Jamie Dimon will not work the short sale. I have completed over 100 short sales with Chase and I can confirm the method is valid.

Jamie Dimon is the CEO of JP Morgan Chase  He has nothing to do with short sales.  I have completed over a 10 short sales with CHASE  and they always respond quickly.  I have contacts in the Ohio and Texas offices

I have a short sale in the beginning stages, we have been put into equator. My problem now is I cannot get anyone at Chase to respond to me. I have been calling and emailing the file owner, for 2 weeks, nothing.  I have emailed through equator her supervisor, her opsI and opsII.  Still nothing, I need a number of someone that can escalate this file.

CHASE employees cannot purchase a short sale property  It is a conflict of interest.  It prohibited by their compliance department.

I'd call the OOP or ss department and ask. What type of Chsae Employee is he? Does he work in their mortgage department or is he a teller? The position he holds may play a role.

BUYER IS CHASE EMPLOYEE

Will Chase approve a SS where one of the buyers is a Chase employee?  I know BAC addresses the issue in its Buyer Acknowledgement form but I don't recall seeing similar material or policy with Chase.  Thanks

     I have the bk papers, I will submit it normal- but they state, he has abandoned property on his behalf thru bk...may be just how it is in NC...I have done one similar before....however it was during the bk and we were able to take it out of BK to sell as a short sale...this one I know is not for the faint of heart...and BTW-they read some of my previous posts and work here before they called me-Chase told them they need to pick someone "approved" and "qualified"...So Thank You All who contribute here...because thankfully ...I have had this great network for 4 years now to bounce things off of! :)
