FHA MORTGAGE - NATIONSTAR
Is the FHA review similar to other lenders? Is there a number for the homeowner to call to request the SS, and get the retention/waterfall review underway?
Graylon,
I have one. Please send me a private message.
Thanks,
Graylon - Did you do a Title Search to see if the DIL was ever actually recorded? Another misunderstanding some have is the bank (Nationstar) has to accept the DIL and record it. If not, the borrower still owes the mortgage and they can continue to provide negative reporting to the Credit Bureaus. When you say you have "Financial Documents" what do you mean? Also, what are they refinancing if they did a DIL??
Hello Everyone!
I need some help! Does anyone have a direct contact for anyone NationStar thats a decision maker and can move heaven and earth?
I have a Client who did a Deed in Lieu with then back in July of 2012 and I have
the financial documents showing a completed transfer from my clients to Nation Star and NationStar decide to report them late on mortgage payments on November 2013, December 2013 and January 2014 on a house they haven't owned in two years and now has hurt there chances at re-financing there house now because of this. Someone Please advise
Thank You! :-)
Fred - Good luck ! I've been fairly vocal about A.com and how mysterious their practices are. I know a lot about their practices but won't write it here.
Ocwen, Altisource, Hubzu was investigated. Look for another investigation re: A.com, Nationstar, and all of their affiliated Real Estate, Title and Settlement Companies.....
Has anyone experienced anything fishy with the end of auctions on auction.com?
I'm currently watching one of my listings that was supposed to be finished 45 minutes ago. Each time there is a bid, the clock is resetting to 1:47 and when it gets to 2 seconds, a minimum bid is made and the clock resets again. It feels like robo-bidding.
the bid is already to the point that with the 5% premium, any bidder is overpaying for the house. It's also surpassed our offer and the buyer isn't able to make bids.
Of course, I can't get a hold of our auction.com rep. But when I do, I think I'm going to ask for a detailed bidding history including login names.
