4 lower prices houses and <week to go before closing: Can I ask Ocwen for lower price?

I've posted a few times before about our situation buying a short sale. Ocwen said we had to complete the deal by May 23 to get the discount or else it goes to foreclosure. This is the second time as it was supposed to go foreclosure in March but then postponed it due to our offer in February. Since then, two similar houses in that neighborhood (Broward County, FL) sold for much less than I thought, a similar model house (regular sale) is back on the market for just a tad over our prices, and a much bigger house that said "Last chance for short sale" 3 months ago is back on the market for a much lower price. It makes me doubt we're getting a good deal; I think we are over paying by $10k or $20k especially considering how difficult owners have been (refused lockbox for us to get access, stopped paying for power bill though their agent picked up the tab) and writing a contract where they took all the appliances. Our bank is still finishing the underwriting and the closing agent (seller's attorney) is finalizing everything. The house is NOT listed on Hubzu. My move is funded by a work relocation plan so appraisal, home inspection, etc are not coming out of my pocket.

Could I still ask for a lower prices (~$10k) and include the evidence from these four houses? If I didn't get this house, I'd make a lower offer on the one that just came back on the market above. But my wife does like the house we have the offer on. Would we get our earnest deposit back since it's their bank cancelling the deal on us if we don't close by May 23 not us cancelling the deal? Should I go ahead and tell my bank since that kind of affects the value too. Our contract also calls for a final walk through.

Good to know Ocwen won't lower the price. My real estate agent convinced me to stay with what we got because the one that is on the market has lowered their price, but they are still $10k higher than our house, have less land, and no pool, but they do have appliances, so she still thinks we're getting a decent deal. And nothing else around.
