I have short sale that probably won't go through and it seems that it will be foreclosed on.
Long story short, does anyone know what circustances Cenlar sues for a deficiency judgment?
The home is located in NC. All of my other bills are up-to-date, but I cannot afford to pay the deficiency back.
Any guidance is appreciated.

I am not good at understanding the law, but it was my primary residence. I just know if the ss isn't completed in time and it goes to fc there will be about 200K in deficiency.
I just finished one and they waived the deficiency.
