How to find a referral agent

There are now three ways to find an agent to refer to.

***A referral is a real seller or buyer looking to buy or sell real estate. PLEASE do not use the email blast to tell others you will pay a referral fee. That is NOT a referral. It is spam. And it's not allowed.

First, you can type in City and/State in the search box that's there when you click on the new "Find An Agent" tab at the top of every page. But remember this search is only as good as the information that we enter into the site.

So please go to your profile and make sure you enter your State and city or cities. Just separate by commas and you can add multiple cities.

Secondly, if you are logged in to the site and place your cursor over the "Find An Agent" tab you will see a sub tab "Referral Map". Take a couple of minutes and add yourself to the map. This will link back to your profile.

Thirdly, you can send out a message to the members of this group. Just look right over there to the right and "Send Message to Group".

Malcolm,

For an 800k offer the seller could be owing about 1.2M apprx. to the bank and or some other Jr. liens perhaps (HOAs and on). The bank will take a look to every single angle to cut their losses. Cutting it short to say that this won't be a quick sale (I'm sorry if I sound negative but you may need a negotiator who's walked this road before). Also, Nationstar it's quiet a mess if you don't know how to play their game. In addition, you need a negotiator who knows how to escalate when necessary. This is what I do for a living, therefore, should you like to discuss any further provided me  your phone to call you.

Hi Malcolm,

How difficult is difficult?  I've successfully completed short sales with multiple mortgage liens along with IRS, property tax, and HOA liens.  Anything less is a piece of cake.   I'm in Texas, but I can negotiate and project manage a short sale anywhere in the country (and have done so) if there is a local agent who can manage the listing.  Call me at 817.944.9429, or email [email protected]

I have a client in Scranton NJ that has a buyer for his home on a short - Nationstar is Servicer - and they are apparently ready to move on this quickly?

Need a VERY EXPERIENCED shorter who deals in very difficult (did I say difficult) shorts.

I am with Century 21 Yarrow. I have closed many short sales over the last several years. I am a CDPE and have been in the business for over 15 years. I have a lot of empathy for my clients and keep them informed through out the entire process.
