Short Sale Referral/Help Needed in San Diego CA

Hi All,

I have a US Navy Petty Officer Second Class currently stationed in England that needs help selling his Condo in San Diego.  This person needs someone familiar with short sales for military members.  

It looks like he has about three different lenders.  It's in the 92014 zip code..(not sure if that helps or not).

Please let me know if this is something you can help with.  Only a 15% referral fee.  Thanks so much.
