HELP Short Sale Wells Fargo

I have an update the Trustee Sales Dept. shows a sale date for 4-18-13 but she told me the file was put on hold on 3-18-13 because it's a HAFA short sale. Do I need to worry that it's going to sale on 4-18-13?

Any help would be appreciated:)

Hi Linda,

I've been very interested to find out WF handles this.  If you don't have anything in writing or any way to confirm it (foreclosureradar.com), then I would be worried.  I would definitely get something in writing.  I know that's not a lot of help and you probably already knew that.  I certainly hope they postpone the sale.

UPDATE FOR WELLS FARGO HELP!

SALE DATE HAS BEEN PUT ON HOLD BECAUSE IT'S A HAFA SHORT SALE.

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO PROVIDE INFORMATION AND HELPED ME.

GOOD LUCK TO ALL AND I WILL BE GLAD TO HELP ANYONE IF I HAVE ANY INFO I CAN PASS ON:)

They probably only postponed 30 days.  I would be concerned and would ask about a further postponement.
