Patricia - That is fantastically speedy for an FHA approval!
I personally like Chase and Bank of America. Well's Fargo is ok as we have some amazing contacts there, but we see that every so often we run into files where they have title issues on their end.

Brett - I am amazed you like Wells Fargo. Send me some of that good luck, please!
BoA is the best then Chase is right behind them! WF is getting on board!
I keep hearing Chase!
The problem with Chase and Equator is you have to let them know your email address in Equator right up front instead of waiting for them to ask you for it. Also, since they are new to Equator, they make mistakes like not resetting the transaction for you to be able to access it after one of their people goes in and works on the transaction.
Our equator email is in big letter on our 3rd party auths and chase seems to be picking it up.
Another vote for Wells Fargo, Mike? I am about to start a new one with them. We shall see!
I like HSBC because as long as you have a complete package the pr0cess moves along quickly. If you are missing any documents the processor will call you and let you know what is needed to move the file forward.. After the file leaves the processor, it takes less than 30 days to get an approval. Plus, I likethe fact that HSBC orders both a BPO and an appraisal. We have problems in our area with incorrect BPO's therefore the appraisal balances things out.
Audrey - That is good news about HSBC.
I like HSBC for the simple process but working for 5% is no good.
