DTS has been running ramped in my area contacting any realtor with a listed Bank of America loan, any one else experiencing this?

Yes, I have. DTS is a third-party servicer, and gets paid if they get to service the short sale for Bank of America. You don't have to agree to allow them to work the short sale if they solicit you this way.
are they a third party negotiator? I understand they have realtors assigned to their rolls as well.
Sabrina,
DTS is a 3rd party vendor for Bank of America, so it makes sense.

I've done many deals with DTS and they're very good to work with. I've just started my first cooperative sale through their initiated leads and within 48 hours of my customer's application they've already ordered the appraisal. I'm expecting this one to be a breeze.
They have been in contact with me as well. I have just started the file so I can't say bad or good yet on how they are to deal with. It is my understanding that your client doesn't have to use any third party vendor but if you start it with them than your stuck. They get paid on the banks end, not yours so it shouldn't affect your fees.
I was initially contacted by them in December, just started getting leads from them this past Monday. They require 3 phone calls and 3 door knocks in 14 days in an attempt to get the borrower to talk to DTS on the phone. No listings yet, but I don't expect much in 5 days. I did get 22 leads from them this week, and they're all non-performing loans, so they're qualified leads, it's just a matter of having them consider the terms of the offer and listing. And listing with me.
They did tell me back in January when I asked why I wasn't getting the leads yet, that they won't bring on more agents than can handle the leads they have. So if they already have agents in your area taking the leads that prove they can handle the volume, they probably won't add more, just give agents access to the portal to input their own BAC listings.
How do I get in touch with them for Reno Nevada ? email; [email protected]
They are not too bad to work with BUT - make sure you have a 3rd Party Authorization to speak specifically with them from the borrower otherwise you cannot speak with them nor them with you.
I signed up with DTS last summer and sent them 4 leads. 3 were rejected so I sent them to Bank of America directly and got them accepted. One of the four closed with DTS. I was promised other leads but I did not receive any so maybe they are sending leads to some other agent in Sacramento? I dunno. One of my team members went to a seminar last winter held by DTS and they promised to start sending leads again, but we still haven't seen any. I probably sell more short sales than any other agent in Sacramento, so I don't know why we haven't had any leads.
