@William Chea. Same advice in other posts. SLS is not part of consent decree, but still subject to the act. So check UsaCares.org for assistance eligability. Then file complaint with CFPB and call the department of justce 800 # in the posts. There is also a link in the post for nearest military legal assistance. There are two posts
