Can someone provide me with upper management contacts information to get our file escalated? We are closing escrow this Friday and our appraisal came in under than the purchase price. We need the bank to revise the approval letter ASAP.

Is your file in Equator? If so you will not be able to close unless you really have some connections. Your offer may need to be sent for a re-review. Our bulk short sale liaison at Bank of America normally can rush a review on what they call the "Fast Track" which normally entails completing all the previously completed tasks depending on if any of them need to be redone. As you are dealing though with a change in offer and I would imagine through the normal sources they are going to ask you to start all over.

Also, what is the price difference? If it is a very large difference you may need to provide supports as to why this has now become an issue. For the future you should always try to complete the appraisal shortly after the approvals are issue to avoid making it too far before you are made aware of this issue.

Escalate thru Equator ,,,see your email options and email neg. outside of Equator and make the call to the short sale dept.
Be open to options...Get an addendum for COE extension ready for all to sign...jmo..
