LRC
Has anyone worked with LRC a 3rd party for BOA. They are a joke......They are so complicated and know nothing about equator. Today I get a message offer currently in review. What offer??? I havent even uploaded an offer. I been fussing to upload since 10/14/2012. Any suggestions.

Loan Resolution Corporation(LRC) is a 3rd party vendor used by BOA . Typically LRC processes HAFA short sales, but they process traditional short sales as well. Processing a file at LRC is identical as with BOA except the representatives at LRC operate slightly differently. We escalate on LRC all the time by reaching out to our contacts at BOA. Have you completed any tasks so far in equator? It almost seems this might be a CO-OP short sale.

Processing the file might be the same as BOA but they are charging the Realtors to negotiate the file? They did not list the property, they did not show the property, they did not run and get paperwork from the seller every time it was asked for. They are not turning on the utilities so the buyer can do inspections . . . what gives them the right to take my money? If BOA wants to hire them, then let Bank of America pay them!

Be careful with LRC; when I asked Fannie Mae to escalate a short sale that had begun with SunTrust (who stonewalled us for 3 months then let me know that the loan servicing had been sold and would be transferred at the end of the month, so would do nothing for another 30 days!) and then to Seterus. So LRC took over, got the approval and THEN asked-have you been told about our fees? We are going to take 1 percent of your 3 percent.
I said no thank you-send this back to Seterus; I was NOT informed of this little detail. Fortunately, I had a wonderful point person at Seterus and got the approval re-issued in 10 days.

That is unbelievable. I have 2 files that are now being handled by LRC and I was never informed of any fees!! Funny thing is I initiated in Equator and both times they were deleted(purged out) and told me that was normal and that as long as they can see the file on their side it will be fine.
