I've used it on 5 files. It always speeded up the process so that I did get a response shortly after contacting the CEO's office, altho a couple of times the answer was 'no' but at least we got an answer. I only used it after 6 months of waiting because I didn't want to ruin my chances of using it in the future.

I wouldn't advise going to the CEO until you really need it so you don't wear out your welcome. Good luck!
