OMG... I have submitted the same documents over and over and over. I have a trail as long as my arm. Tried to recruit assistance from Treasury and for the first time ever, Treasury hasn't responded. I'm on my third extension letter with the second that now expires again on Thursday. I've never seen anything like it and I close a lot of short sales. I cannot get past the operators (which is really all these folks who answer the phone are). They will not provide contact information for processors or anyone above them.
