Need contact to escalate a file..................

does anyone have contact information for wells fargo so that I can get a file escalated. I haven't heard from my negotiator in the 7 days that he told me I would know the decision. Buyer is about to walk and won't sign the extension until I hear from the bank.

Here is what I would do, in this order ..

- Send a message via Equator

- Send a message via Email

- Call WF Short Sale Dept and ask to speak to the Negotiator

- Call WF Short Sale Dept and ask to speak to the Supervisor
