Need a SS agent in San Diego area (condo near the 15 & 52)  who is willing to go to work FAST.  A short sale, true hardship with Wells first and very small second.  NTS scheduled for 10/5/12.  Tenant was planning to purchase, but can't.  If interested, email me at [email protected].  Thanks!

HELP!!!  I need a Wells Fargo Shortsale Affidavit and it is NOT an FHA loan.  I see that there is an FHA version above, but does anyone have one that is NOT FHA.  Thanks!  I really appreciate any help you can give me.

Anna & Becky - Have you tried reaching out to VA directly?  I've only had to get them involved a few times, but they can try and escalate the file with the Servicer.   Let them know their Servicer does not appear to be following through with their fiduciary responsibilities on their behalf.  VA Loan Administration:  800-319-9446.  Good luck!

Like Anna Parker, I too have a need for any upper management contacts for a VA short sale supervisor? Have had zero communication from our negotiator - despite escalated requests being sent to negotiator & supervisor.  However, I am an experienced Buyers agent and am dealing with an inexperienced attorney's office for the seller.  She needs some guidance because she didn't even know what "escalation" was.  HELP!!!!

Foreclosure date October 2. We can close Monday, Sept 24. Wells says investor (Fannie Mae) requires closing 10 days prior to sale date which would be today so they wont let us close monday. Has anyone ever heard of that rule before?

Need escalation...

My buyers shortsale seems to be stuck in no mans land.  We got the approval letter in 7 days after my buyers offer but then when the title seasrch was done we found an error on the property that was referenced to the home.  Wells Fargo said they brought in the legal deparment to resolve the title issue.  That was 6 weeks ago and the listing agent cannot get any reply from Wells Fargo on the status.  Can anyone share the contact info on a department that might be able to escalate this situation?

Thanks,

Lola

Anyone have any upper management contacts for a VA short sale supervisor? Have had zero communication from our negotiator - despite escalated requests being sent to negotiator & supervisor.  Trying to keep an inexperience buyer's agent & buyer calm but are obviously growing antsy
