SS approved with cash buyer and supposed to close on or by the 18th.  Seller still living there, agreed to move out by the 17th, Buyer will come by to walk through before he sign closing docs.  17th comes, Seller has not moved or even started, Buyer refused to sign.  Everyone involved has signed beside Buyers, we're at the closing table.  I have called and asked for a postponement under the circumstances the Seller will need a few more days to move so that Buyer will sign, Ocwen Denied the request 24 hours later.  Now here I am trying to figure out if there is any other ways to save this deal, we're pretty much missing the Buyer signatures, which depends on the Seller moving.  Anyone got any good contact or anybody I can talk to to postpone for a week or so?  Well, at least that is what the Seller is saying they need.
