Any help is greatly apprecieated. Faxed authorization 4 times. Among other things they keep telling me they only have page one, and not the signature page. Anyone know a reliable way of getting the authorization to them?

get this................just found out there are two types of FHA PFS that the bank can offer the seller..............one is for a month and the other is for the 120 day..................has anyone ever heard of this?

I think the reps choose when they want to ask you for it. I've been on this one file for 2 1/2 months, the last 3 weeks with this negotiator and they just asked me. I was caught off guard.
