Former client called saying he has PCS orders. Purchased in 2008 for $271,000. Refi in June of 2012 for $290,000! I have to say I am sick to see that his refi cost him nearly $40,000. He didn't…Continue

Has anybody dealt with USAA lately?? Any insight would be much appreciated!
I don't see any new comments about USAA since 2010.. I have a short sale with USAA that only has 1 lien. Does USAA participate in HAFA? It didn't look like it from the Making Home Affordable web site, but my client got some docs in the mail that looked otherwise. Also any good news to share about them being fast or otherwise? =) Recently..??? Thanks
I have closed many short sales but none with USAA. WA is a non recourse state and this is a 1st mortgage with no 2nd lien. The loan does have MI.. any advise or opinions? Length of time to close etc..?? Does USAA participate in HAFA?
So I have a short sale with USAA as 2nd looking for 10% of balance to approve. Then I have a Fannie 1st that won't pay more then 6% to 2nd. Anyone find a way around this stalemate?
WOW - USAA wants 25% of their junior lien balance to RELEASE their lien "only" or 75% to waive any further obligation on the note. Let the negotiations begin, and wish me luck.
What are you seeing now for USAA demands as junior? 10% or ??
