I have a likely referral in Pleasantville NJ. I have prescreened the seller, they have one mortgage with GMAC and they are going to have all the documents needed for submitting the short sale and have been through loan modifications and realize a short sale is their last choice.. I have set everything up and the agent I choose will just need to go and take the listing do the marketing, and the negotiations. Since i have done all the prescreening already I will be taking a 30% referral on the list side of the sale.
