Five Lakes Chase 3rd Party Vendor

I have a B of A 1st lien & a Chase 2nd lien with Five Lakes for $ 100K. They do not seem to be very organized and difficult to contact. Has anyone had any experience with this company?

I am in the exact same scenario as you. B of A first. Chase 2nd that has me dealing with Five Lakes. I was hoping to gather some information on the forums here. If you learn anything, please pass it along. i will do the same.

My determination is they handle the files that have had a previous bankruptcy. Is that the case with your clients situation?
