@Richard Worcester - More block checking mentality. Have the parties re-date the offer.... or do you have a further update? Apparently, this is a check box on "was exposed to market in MLS".
I submitted an offer on a BOA REO, BOA countered the offer and we countered, the only difference was that BOA was giving us 7 days for inspection and we were requesting 15 days. The sale price was ok. It has been a week already since the last counter and we haven't heard anything from BOA. How long does this process normally take when it involves a counter offer, and how soon after the acceptance of offer will we receive the docs to sign?
Here is the link Elva to the Bank of America pre approved short sale webinar on May 22 https://realestateagent.bankofamerica.com/ptff.aspx?p=296
I have three pre-approved short sales occurring right now. One of my offers was just countered to give the seller MORE incentive, one of my borrowers received a letter stating that they were eligible for more than the HAFA incentive and the other one is status quo. I knew that they were trying to put an emphasis on pre-approved short sales, but wow!
I have never had much luck doing it this way. Even when the client did it in the past, I would still have to go in and start everything all over again. Will have to see how the new program works.
So, am I to understand I can initiate a short sale tomorrow with no offer and no HUD1 and possible get a pre-approved price?
Wendy, the registration page did not load.

Hi Team - We just had 2 B of A SS declined because the offers were dated prior to the MLS entry. I understand the issue, just wondering if anyone else has seen this issue come up lately.
Thanks!
I would:) Otherwise I can guarantee they will start you all over. One of my BAC deals is 40 days past accepting a counter, went through management approval, close date review.. still no official letter because the negotiator made and error that was noticed in quality assurance. Fun times!
