Chase HELOC are a piece of cake. I am doing a Chase 1st and second and I already have approval on the HELOC.
I'm glad to see Judiths Traynors post.
I had a Chase Heloc late last year and it was a total nightmare. Closed it though. Through Chases chosen third party vendor who had little to no experience.
I had to write the language for their satisfaction and release confirmation post closing and agitate them to send it to the closing attorney.
I'm hoping that Judiths post reveals a major improvement with this national lender as I have another one being shipped next week.
I have a deal where the Chase HELOC is 3rd lien, B of A has 1st & 2nd. We offered $3000.00 on a 100k loan. Any ideas if they will take it?
