BOA is declining short sale file due to the fact that they could NOT find the address on active status on ZILLOW ?????? I have send the MLS and history showing a continious marketing on the MLS directly from our MLS system.  BOA "complaince department" says that those MLS are NOT acceptable they have to go to what the public site is showing. Is BOA for real?  Please help! I am loosing my cool here...

Hi Rose, How you been?  No it was Zillow, Trulia and an independent web-site for a Walton County Realtor.   The escalation team told me that herself. 

I have been told I can re-submitt as a new offer but with a different buyer.  Unfortunate, that is the same thing they have told me a yr ago with another buyer.  :(

I forgot to tell you Rose but the offer is only $6K under appraised value.... BOA is nit picking and have closed this same file 3 different times for different reasons on a "mistake".... this is their last try and we are all asking for their input , help and assistant....

Seller is a senior citizen that have their only home; buyer is a minister that is willing to pay cash.  They are both losing thier cool with BOA... Thanks sweetheart and if any of you guys have any other ideas please lt me try it.... Hasta la Vista!!!

Put the listing on postlets.com, it's free and will syndicate to Zillow and various other sites.

Zillow is a bunch of crap and is never updated.  Sometimes my listings show up there, sometimes they don't.  That's ridiculous.  MLS/Realtor.com should be what they would care about!

Hi Liane - Brad from Zillow here.  You're mistaken in your comment above.  We update every feed that comes to our site on a daily basis.  The reason your listings are inconsistent is because you're not updating the "feed" source to our site. It's possible that you may be updating your MLS data but if the feed is coming to us via another source like your company/brokerage or third party site, then you'll need to update that feed as well. 

More importantly, we have an entire team of individuals willing, waiting, and wanting to help you and others should the need arise. All you ever have to do is take the same amount of time it took you to comment above and just contact listing support at Zillow dot com, they love to help people and Zillow pays them to do it. You should try this option in the future. This will help your ridiculousness, I promise.   :-)

Ask them to put the denial and the reason in writing from the actual lien holder...Find out who the actual lien holder is and call them.
