Nation Star short sale approvals
Nation Star Mortgage: They are approving short sales within 10 days.
a Full package was sent to them and a response was given to me.
in order to get these banks approval send all documents needed.
hardship letter,financial sheet, 2009 tax returns, letter authorizing you to speak on sellers behalf( very Important) listing agreement,purchase contract,preapproval for buyer and HUD-1. Call the next day to follow up and request for them to order BPO. After you will receive a call to set up date for BPO. follow up within 3 Days you should have negotiator and a response.
I have given this info to other Realtors and it has worked for them.

Really...who was your negotiator? You are very fortunate!!! My file has been turned in since the beginning of December...with all of the documents...the BPO was done the middle of January and I have been told that my file has been submitted to the MI co...3 times. In fact today I was given the net...based on the HUD from Dec and the BPO done in Jan....and was able to give a counter offer. All this after submission to the MI Co...which we still have not had a response from. Something is not right!!! I have worked a couple hundred short sales and this one is the most challenging one that I have had...and there really is no reason for it.
