FHA Listing Agreement Clause
“Seller may cancel this agreement prior to the ending date
of the listing period without advance notice to the broker, and
without payment of a commission or any other consideration if
the property is conveyed to the mortgage insurer or the mortgage
holder.” The sale completion is subject to approval (under HUD
guidelines) by the mortgagee.

jennifer mullen - Yes, FHA will allow up to $1000 incentive. This amount does however come out of the net proceeds, so in reality it is coming from the Buyer.
I'm about to submit a file to PHH mortgage. Will FHA allow relocation assistance to my seller?
Is there a generic FHA request to short sell a property? I see the one posted here and it appears BOA centric. I am familiar with the other FHA ss forms however I run up against an auction clock constantly and I want to have the form available for my sellers so I can submit to services as quickly as possible.
Some great insight I learned last week about FHA Loss Mitigation in Oklahoma City. If it's outside the box of the PFS Program and the deal would/should make sense to HUD, have the Servicer/Lender submit a request for a Variance.
